This is where your itinerary comes to life — day by day, activity by activity.

Your day-by-day plan is automatically generated from the route you built in the previous step. Every destination, every night, every travel day — it's all there, ready for you to fill in the details. And everything stays connected. If you switch two destinations in your route, the day-by-day plan updates automatically. Accommodations you assigned in the route view are already in place. And everything you add here — activities, restaurants, notes — will show up directly in your client's presentation.

This is where you go from a route to a complete trip your clients can follow, day by day.

What we'll cover:

  1. Adding titles and text to your itinerary
  2. Adding POIs from the map
  3. Adding POIs from your library
  4. Adding POIs from search
  5. What happens when you rearrange your route
  6. Day-by-day presentation

Drag and drop

Everything in the day-by-day view is designed to be moved around. Added a POI to the wrong day? No worries — just drag and drop it to the right one. Rearranging the order within a day works the same way. Nothing is locked in, so you can keep fine-tuning until it's perfect.

Adding titles and text to your itinerary

Each day has a title and notes field in the Notes column. Click on either to start typing.

Use the title to give each day a clear name — something like "Arrival & First Impressions" or "The Scenic Train Journey." The notes field is for a short description of the day, setting the scene for your clients.
