The Calendar view gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire trip. Every day is shown as a column, with accommodations and transport at the top and activities plotted across the timeline below.

It's the quickest way to spot gaps, overlaps, or empty days in your itinerary. If a day looks light, you'll see it immediately. If two activities are stacked too close together, it's easy to catch before your client does.

What you'll see

Each day shows:

• Accommodation — where your client sleeps that night
• Transport — any transfers between destinations
• Activities — all POIs you've added to that day, shown with their timing

Everything is color-coded with your brand colors, so you can quickly distinguish between categories at a glance.

Working in Calendar view

Click any activity to open and edit its details — just like in the day-by-day view. You can also drag and drop activities to a different time slot or even a different day. The timing updates throughout your entire plan, so your day-by-day and presentation always stay in sync.

The Calendar view is not for building — that's what Route and Day by day are for. Think of it as your final check. A quick scan to make sure the trip flows well before you share it with your client.

Tip: Use the arrows at the top to scroll through the full trip if it spans more than a week. Great for longer itineraries where you need to see the big picture.
