Create a New Template

To start a new itinerary, click the "+ New template" button in the top-right corner of your Templates page.

You'll have two options: build from scratch or import an existing itinerary.

Build from scratch

Fill in three fields to get started:

• Template name — Give your trip a clear, descriptive name (e.g., "Tuscany Summer" or "Ultimate Sri Lanka Journey")
• Number of nights — Set the total trip duration
• Countries — Select which countries this trip covers

Hit Create template and you'll land in the template editor, ready to start building.

Import from source

Already have an existing itinerary as a PDF, Word document, or on a website? You can import it instead of starting from scratch.

Click Import from source and choose how you want to import:

• Paste Link — Paste a URL to an existing itinerary on your website or another platform
• File Upload — Upload a PDF, Word, or plain text file

Stippl uses AI to read your source and convert it into a structured template. You can optionally set a template name, or leave it empty to auto-generate one from the source.
